The gutters should be cleaned twice a year. Towards the end of fall when leaves fall, and in spring after seeds fall, to avoid growing trees in your gutters. If you clean the gutters at the end of fall, the leaves will still be dry and easier to remove. Additionally, when precipitation occurs, the water will flow freely through the gutters and into the downspouts, ensuring little or no damage to the gutters, siding, or foundation. Cleaning the gutters in spring will again prepare them for directing the water brought in by the spring rains.

Is it necessary for me to be home during gutter cleaning?
You do not need to be home whilst we carry out the work, but we will require access around the property. We would require any gates to be left unlocked so we can easily access the rear of the property. We can happily take photos upon completion to ensure you have the peace of mind the work has been completed and process a card payment over the phone.
